2. Definitions
2.1. In these Terms and Conditions:
• “Entrant” refers to an individual who enters a competition in accordance with these Terms.
• “Competition” means any prize competition operated by the Promoter and listed on the Website.
• “Prize” refers to the reward(s) described on the relevant competition page.

• “Online Entry Route” refers to paid entries submitted via the Website.
• “Postal Entry Route” refers to free entries submitted via post as described in Section 3.9.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or older and who are residents of jurisdictions where participation is legal.
3.2. The following are not eligible to enter:
• Employees of the Promoter or affiliated companies.
• Immediate family members or members of the same household as the above.
• Any individual professionally connected with the administration of the Competition.
3.3. Entrants must provide accurate information when registering on the Website or submitting entries.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Each Competition will open on the Published Date and close on the Closing Date, as specified on the Website. Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
4.2. Online Entry Route:
• Visit the Website and select the desired Competition.
• Complete the entry by:
1. Selecting your answer (if applicable) and the number of entries.
2. Paying the entry fee.
3. Completing and submitting the entry form.
4. Receiving confirmation, including your ticket number(s), via email.

Postal entries to Titan Competitions receive 4 tickets. You may enter the competition using the Postal Entry Route by adhering to the following conditions:
1. Entry Submission:
Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard to the Promoter at the following address:

2. Required Information:
Include the following details with your entry:
a. Your full name;
b. Your address;
c. A contact telephone number and email address;
d. The competition you wish to enter and your answer to the Competition Question.
3. Entry Format:
a. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
b. You may submit multiple free entries for any competition (up to the entry limit set by the Promoter), but each free entry must be sent and posted individually. Bulk entries will not be counted as multiple entries. If a bulk entry is received, it will only be treated as a single entry.
4. Eligibility Confirmation:
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions.
5. Closing Date:
5.1. 7-Day Competitions: For competitions that run for 7 days, postal entries must be received by Friday at 5 PM. Competitions will be launched on a Tuesday and the draw will take place the following Wednesday.
5.2. 4-Week Competitions: For competitions that run for 4 weeks, postal entries will be accepted for the first 3 weeks only. The exact cutoff date will be specified in the competition details.
5.3 Sell-Outs and Early Draws
In the event of a competition selling out before the official closing date, the draw may be conducted early. Postal entries must still be received by the specified cutoff date to be valid. Any postal entries received after the competition has sold out will not be eligible.
Your entry must be received by the Promoter before the competition’s Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw.
6. Ticket Confirmation:
The Promoter will email entrants who submit a valid entry via the Postal Entry Route to confirm their ticket numbers.
7. Account Requirement:
Entrants must create an account on the Titan Competitions Website for their free entry to be processed. All details provided on the postcard must match the account details to ensure order confirmation and ticket allocation.
• Postal entries received without a registered account or missing an address in the account cannot be processed.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. Winners are chosen via a random process:
• Live Draws: Conducted transparently, with all eligible entries included.
• Automated Draws: Performed using a verifiably random number generator.
5.2. Instant Win prizes are assigned to pre-selected random ticket numbers. Entrants are notified immediately upon winning.
5.3. In the event of technical difficulties or disruption, the Promoter reserves the right to rerun the draw using the same or alternative randomisation methods.
6. The Prize
6.1. Prizes are as described on the relevant competition page and may include cash, vehicles, or other items.
6.2. Non-cash prizes:
• Vehicle prizes will include a valid MOT (if required), but the winner is responsible for road tax, insurance, and maintenance.
6.3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged unless agreed by the Promoter.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
7.1. Winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided when entering.
7.2. Winners must claim their prize within 21 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
7.3. Winners must provide proof of ID and address matching their registration details to claim high-value prizes.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
8.1. Refunds are only issued if a Competition is canceled by the Promoter.
8.2. No refunds will be given for incorrect or ineligible entries.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Promoter is not responsible for:
• Technical failures or errors affecting entry submission or prize fulfilment.
• Loss or damage not reasonably foreseeable at the time of entering.
9.2. The Promoter does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its negligence.

10.2. Data will be used to administer the Competition and notify winners.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
12. General

12.2. Competitions are not endorsed or administered by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google).
12.3. It is the entrants responsibility to check the terms and conditions periodically.
13 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
13.1 Customer Identification: We implement stringent customer identification procedures to verify user identities, collecting and verifying necessary information in compliance with AML regulations.
13.2 Transaction Monitoring: We continuously monitor transactions for unusual or suspicious activities, reporting such activities to the relevant authorities as required by law.

14. Full Legal Name Requirement
• All participants must provide their full legal name, exactly as it appears on official identification, when entering any Titan Competitions game.
• Entries submitted using initials, nicknames, abbreviations, or false names will be considered invalid and automatically excluded from winning any prize.
• Should a participant win a competition but be found to have entered using anything other than their full legal name, the entry will be void and the prize will not be awarded.
• Titan Competitions reserves the right to verify a participant’s identity at any stage by requesting valid identification documents, and failure to comply will result in immediate disqualification.
2. Follow-up Clause (Tied to Anti-Money Laundering & Fair Play)
15. Identity Verification and Compliance
• To comply with Anti-Money Laundering and Fair Play standards, all winners may be subject to a mandatory identity verification process before any prize is issued.
• This process may include, but is not limited to, requesting proof of full legal name, date of birth, and address through official documentation such as a passport, driving license, or government-issued ID.
• Failure or refusal to comply with the verification process will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and Titan Competitions reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Terms and Conditions Updates
• Titan Competitions reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Participants are solely responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.
• Continued participation in Titan Competitions after any changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
